I’m also a sax/woodwind player/section arranger and have played on hundreds of pop, rock, alt, jazz and Americana master sessions for major and emerging artists. I play in all styles and read standard notation. I’ve done horn sections and solos for Bob Seger, Yo La Tengo, NRBQ and lots of others.

I do lots of computer-to-computer work for production companies, rock bands, solo artists, etc. all over the world, from my home Pro Tools studio. I get an MP3 or WAV stereo rough mix of a song (or musical score) from the client, then I add my parts and send it back as a WAV file thru You Send It. Turnaround is usually the same day.

My home studio rates are much lower than my leave-the-house rates:

$60 per instrument per song.

$200 for a sax section and arrangement (2 or 3 tenors and bari usually). $300 to add trumpet or trombone.
